Dr. Mary Catherine Pawelski
Dr. Pawelski, affectionately known as MC, is a Madison native and a graduate of Edgewood High School. She completed her undergraduate studies in Minnesota before returning to Wisconsin to earn her Doctoral degree from Marquette University School of Dentistry.
Dr. Pawelski moved back to Madison, married her high school sweetheart, and began practicing at Byce & Worman Family Dentistry in 2019.
In 2023, Dr. Pawelski proudly became a partner in the practice. Together with Dr. Worman, she has since helped transform it into Watts Dental Co., creating a more modern, welcoming, and comfortable experience for every patient.
Outside the office, Dr. Pawelski enjoys spending time with her husband, Bob, and their two young children, Michael and Maggie. Nothing makes her happier than seeing them smile.
Dr. Peter Worman
Originally from Antigo, Wisconsin, Dr. Worman moved to Madison to attend the University of Wisconsin–Madison before earning his Doctorate from Marquette University School of Dentistry in 1989. He has proudly served the Madison community for more than 30 years.
Dr. Worman co-founded Byce & Worman Family Dentistry in 2010 and is enthusiastic about the practice’s continued evolution as Watts Dental Co. He is committed to staying current with advances in dentistry and takes pride in the practice's growth over the years.
Specializing in endodontics, Dr. Worman offers expert, compassionate treatment for patients experiencing infection or pain. He is dedicated to providing comprehensive dental care for patients of all ages and throughout every stage of life.
Outside the office, Dr. Worman enjoys spending time with his wife, Kelli, and their four children. He also makes the most of his time outdoors, whether golfing, hiking, or taking walks with their dog, Charlie.
Dr. Courtney Wessell
Dr. Wessell grew up in Wausau, Wisconsin, and earned her undergraduate degree in Human Biology from the University of Wisconsin–Green Bay, where she developed a strong passion for science. Her detail-oriented approach and interest in art led her to Marquette University School of Dentistry, where she combined both passions while helping patients improve their confidence and smiles.
After practicing on Madison’s east side for two years, Dr. Wessell joined Watts Dental Co. in 2026 to be closer to home and to build lasting roots within a practice where she looks forward to growing her career.
Outside of the office, Dr. Courtney enjoys exploring Madison with her husband. They share a love of the outdoors, biking, and spending time at their family cottage in northern Wisconsin. She also enjoys cooking and experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen.
